New Beginning

So I didn't find what I was looking for in Wicca, although it opened my eyes to some possibilities.  Like reincarnation I understand that and it makes more sense than heaven or hell, or just ceasing to exist. Also the idea of karma but is it a selfish reason to do good? But I guess it does not matter why you are a good person it is just good you are.  However I can find these ideas in other religions as well, which is another reason why I find it easier to believe.  So many different cultures around the world founded these ideas with out ever coming into contact with each other.  Yes their gods may be different and the way they practice their beliefs are different yet the same fundamental ideas are the same. All done when  the ease of communications was developed.  It is like the Great Flood stories, most culture has a great flood story either it is religious or just a folktale.  I can't remember names because I read them in high school. But it helps backup the idea of Noah and the Arc as fact.  I think I am going to look into a religion that has reincarnation and karma as part of there religious beliefs.
