Finally, Visualization

This morning I finally saw a picture when I closed my eyes.  I was sitting at work and stopped for a few seconds and covered my closed eyes.  Very small, hardly visible I saw a picture. It was a person running. I couldn't see who it was or anything else just that it was human and seemed scared.  I quickly lost it because of a distraction, but I can do it and trying to visualize doesn't seem so impossible anymore.  Now if I can just focus on the visualization I can use it towards my benefit.
