The Different types of wicca, part 1

Gardnerian Wicca: Started with the traditions of the coven Gerald B Gardner (noted as grandfather of Noe-Wicca) He wrote a book about the faith, and rituals which forced England to repeal some of the anti-witch laws.

The tradition is an hierarchy with High priest/ess as the ruler of a coven, and the principles(love and trust) presides. They follow one book that has been handed down and each generation can add to the book. Reincarnation and the Wiccan Rede are basic in the covens and men and women are equally numbered to keep polartiy. There are many stages in this religion, and they emphasis secrecy. Blake, Kipling, Yeats, and Crowley all published their books of shadows.

Alexandrian Wicca: This tradition is very similar to the Gadnerian Wiccan faith. However, it tends to be more liberal, like allowing to were clothes during ritual. It is very formal and based of polarization. Also the dying and resurrected god theme cutting the year in half and Holly King, Oak King split it up. It is based of Alex Sanders but fararr wrote down the tradions down.
